Scopus is an interdisciplinary database containing abstracts and citations in mathematics, natural sciences, technology, medicine, humanities and arts. It provides the user with a comprehensive review of scientific literature in the world.
Scopus includes over 19,500 publications with more than 18,500 peer-reviewed journals (1,800 are available by Open Access system), over 400 publications in trade, 300 book series, 250 conference reports. The database contains more than 46 mln bibliographic records – 25 mln of which have citations since 1996, 25 mln patent records and it also indexes scientific websites.
